Ship Design Group is pleased to announce a new contract with Vard Design AS for design work on a Vard 9 01 Cable Lay Vessel to be built by Colombo Dockyard PLC.
SDG is performing the Basic Design, Detailed Design and Production Information for all disciplines:
– Hull and Superstructure,
– Piping and Machinery Systems,
– Deck Systems,
– Outfitting,
– Electrical, Navigation and Communication Systems.
The vessel is classified by Class NK and has the following main characteristics:
LOA: abt. 113 m
Breath: 21.5 m
Depth: 8.8 m
Accommodation for 80 persons
